This site is a result of the efforts of the Muni Council to improve secondary market disclosure. The Municipal Advisory Council of Texas was chosen to develop and operate a system that enables issuers to meet the filing requirements of Rule 15c2-12 by means of a single filing location. If you file through DisclosureUSA, you do not need to make a separate filing with any of the NRMSIRs or SIDs.

Why use DisclosureUSA?

  • Provides issuers a no-cost, Internet based system for making a filing pursuant to SEC Rule 15c2-12 and other secondary market filings at a single location, with the filings forwarded to the NRMSIRs and appropriate SIDs;
  • Includes accurate indexing information, including CUSIP numbers with each filing; and
  • Searchable index of filing submissions. (Please note: the documents are not available for download from this site. To obtain a document, contact a NRMSIR or SID.)

Notice: after July 2, 2007, DisclosureUSA will no longer permit users to create Reminders. After June 30, 2008 DisclosureUSA will no longer send any Reminders even if a request for such a Reminder was previously created.
